Little Asian lady was giving away free samples which led me to the counter. I had the Chicken California add lettuce tomato and made a combo. I got fries and the original lemonade. I was satisfied with my food and the service. I watched them turn a thinly sliced piece of chicken cut into a fluffy good looking chicken sandwich. I got that order times four for job crew. The other workers enjoyed and happily went back to work.

The employees lack basic customer service skills. It is a shame, I enjoyed the food that I ordered, but not worth dealing with rude and unhappy people. Two stars just for the food.

Literally waited for 25mins for someone to come out from the back so I can place my order then they give me a attitude and stuff this was my 1st time wanting to try this place I didn't even order anything that's how unpleasant the ppl working there were .

Be careful, there was a hair in the middle of the sandwich. I loved Charley's, but not this location.

Charley's makes one of the best subs in town. The roll is nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They add plenty of meats; just the way I like them. The employees are always pleasant and the service is excellent.
