The food wouldn't be classed as extremely healthy but it's good and great value plenty of options family friendly service could do with some improvement and more professionalism but other than that it's great place to go bring your kids

Like the place it was calm,clean,friendly and fast service ,my entire family enjoy it.our server was luke and he was friendly,respectful,and attentive to our needs.i would come here in the future when I visit Austin, tx ..i rate this place a 5☆ 100% satisfied

Typically this place has really good service. Tonight it took them 15 minutes to address our table and another 10 minutes to get drinks. Not once during our meal did the server check on us.

We had a pretty poor experience at this Chili's. The restaurant was maybe 60 percent full when we went, yet it took over fifteen minutes until someone served us. Service was slow throughout; most of our plates had not been cleared by the time we left. Multiple orders (one entree and one dessert) were forgotten. Food failed to meet expectations, even for a Chili's. Rice was dry. Fajita bell peppers were soggy and overcooked. Corn was unpalatable. For what it's worth, the staff was nice enough and polite, but it felt like the restaurant was absolutely overwhelmed by a modest crowd. Also, not a fan of the kiosk system. The quantity of food for price was pretty good though.
