Just another chain restaurant with just plain chain food. The "indoor patio" is awful. We were all sweating. It was actually cooler outside when we left and it was 93°F!!! The manager didn't seem to care. He kept telling us he was turning down the air, but it wasn't just our table that was complaining. It was almost everyone. Tisk...tisk...Don't waste your time or money in this place.

Service was a little slow which was perfect for us. We like to sit and talk while we eat. Our glasses were always types of and the food was good.

Worst experience ever! Not even a one star! The waiter brought our drinks to us and in the process dropped a glass of Dr. Pepper on my husbands new S7 Edge cracking the screen and getting soda all over him. They made us pay for the entire meal. Not even a courtesy drink NOTHING. They acted as if they really didn't care about what just happened. The manager told us they would pay for any damages. We just got notification that they refuse to pay for the replacement of the phone. So that one dinner actually cost us $265.00. We refuse to ever eat at Carino's ever again.

This is the worst experience I've had in Austin. First, it smells. The bar is dirty in a general sense - not dust but actual filth. Second, after waiting 5 minutes, the first guy picked up my glass. Then I waited and waited. No service. What a waste of my time. I left.
