LOVE LOVE LOVE Musashino!!!! I would give 10 starts if i can!!! They have THE most authentic sushi in Austin area. There is no funkiness in the sushi. All you can taste is the freshness in the food. Was never inconsistent. The owner doesn't give in the quality of the food at all!!

Beautiful seating and wonderful servings. Staff is very nice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kama Avocado with either Shrimp or Muscles ❤️.
Outdoor parking and parking available in a garage.

Easily our favorite sushi place in town. Very authentic, with super fresh fish and skillful preparation. One of my main criteria for eating at a restaurant is that I have to feel they can make the food better than I can at home, and Musashino is one of the few sushi places in Austin where I think that is true.
Our favorites are the spider roll and the avocado kama. I also like the sake selection here -- it's one of the few places in town that carries my favorite sake (Konteki Tears of Dawn).

Great house rolls with habanero infused roe. Surprisingly delicious, slightly expensive, but very high quality. Excellent sake selection. Great for date night.

Great sushi place, fish is really fresh and well prepared. You can sit at the sushi bar and watch the chefs prepare your dish. Great drinks too! A bit on the higher side for pricing, but worth it.
