Terrible place for late night. Burgers are cold and the worst part is they close the drive thru AND DON'T tell you so you wait while others order in standing line. Worst P Terry's in Austin sorry y'all

I don't hate this place I love it it's my favorite place to eat natural burgers and great shakes great place to grab a burger and shake veggie burgers at the best and I don't think they're from out of state but I don't know for sure

Seriously one of the only worthwhile fast food chains. Great price, great quality. Try the chicken burger! Try the cheeseburger! Try the lemonade! Try the breakfast sandwich! Try the burger wrapped in lettuce! Maybe don't try the cookies...kinda dry and not very fresh tasting. But, my point is you can try pretty much anything and can't go wrong at P.Terry's. And this location even has sweet outdoor seating!
I used to dream of In-N-Out from family trips to California as a child, and when P.Terry's arrived on the scene, it always reminded me of that long lost love. When In-N-Out came to town I was able to truly compare them and learned the grass really is greener on this side!

The reason I go to P Terry's is specifically for the chicken BURGER! Not a chicken sandwich.
However, the last 2 times I have been there and ordered a chicken burger, I have gotten a grilled
chicken breast sandwich. I do not like chicken breast sandwiches. I don't like the texture of grilled chicken breast. And theirs has very little seasoning and does not taste good to me at all.
Does anyone know if they have changed the type of chicken they offer? Because the menu description is still Ground. Chicken. Patty.
It has happened at two different locations, so I know it's not a coincidence. I have not addressed this with the actual establishment yet. But that's my next move.

Love this place. Best fast food burger in town (and doesn't taste like fast food). The chicken burgers are good too. Also have great lemonade and the people that work here are always friendly and nice. My dog likes it too as they hand out dog bones. 😊
