It's Pizza Hut, guys--so you know what the food will be like. They neither exceed nor fall short of my expectations on that front--nor should they. But this particular Pizza Hut really surprised me just now.
I ordered some pizza and wings yesterday at 5:11 during the halftime of the Cowboy's game. I was quite disappointed that it didn't arrive until almost 7pm. Obviously something had gone awry at the store. I didn't complain because I am not one to complain.
Today I got an email acknowledging that they had delivered my pizza late and giving me a free large pizza for next time. I happen to be disturbingly fond of stuffed crust pizza and wouldn't dream of discontinuing my patronage of Pizza Hut for that reason alone, but I say "kudos" to Pizza Hut on Guadalupe for noticing the problem, unsolicited, and trying to make it right.
Stuff happens--true customer service means recognizing it and doing your best from there.

Despite the mixed reviews I decided to take a chance. I ordered a pizza online to pick up and was not disappointed. My pizza was made as ordered, was hot and very tasty. The employee at the counter was very friendly as well. I would definitely stop in again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! if you order delivery you are more likely to grow gray hairs before ACTUALLY receiving your order. Oh but don't worry, the consolation?? Being told that you should have called the store to get an accurate wait time if you ALREADY ordered online because the online system isn't accurate. Right... because people totally use online ordering because they WANT to make an additional call to the store, not like there's a reason you ordered online or anything. Honestly, not buying the inaccurate system because I've had other pizza huts get it right down to the minute online and never had I had to call them or was that suggested

Crappy customer service. I called to order deliver and the guy on the phone was rude. I asked to speak to a manger and she was just as rude. I'll defiantly be contacting corporate office on them seeing as how this is an on going problem with their staff.
