Love this location usually always go drive thu. Weekends after 5 super busy. Food always fresh n delicious. Recommend coming here to anyone.

Our chicken was raw...the line and wait time was long and we got raw chicken. We didn't eat it, we paid $25 for sides. They need to make sure they cook the chicken properly.

I rarely visit this particular store because more often than not the service is very poor. Whenever they get a decent crew or manager, they move to another store.
I stopped by tonight on pure need for convenience.
Loo and behold... I'm waited on by Katrina! She's pleasant, professional, and got my order correct one the first try. I usually have to correct the order or just take the wrong order home.
Their want a lot of horse play like I'm used to seeing at this location. The manager had everything moving along smoothly.
Katrina came out to clean the metro area and did so with purpose.
If history teaches us anything, I'm sure Popeye's will break up this crew and replace them with another crew of young loafers. I hope not.

If it's not a fantastic experience, it's a terrible one at this location... sometimes the service is great and sometimes they conveniently forget your order for 5-10 minutes until you say something.
This location is almost always busy, so expect a wait, but know your food is going to be fresh. You get your food faster if you go inside, even if there are very few cars in the drive-thru.
