Love the burgers, hot dogs, corn dogs and fish platters; they always have outstanding service and good prices.

Worse service ever they always have HAIR IN THE FOOD and they won't even reimbursed you for the time and gas you waist just to go back to get your order fixed!!!! That's why they should all have there hair all up in a bunch and with a hair net. Not just covered with a hair net because those things don't work good. To keep all that hair in SMH I hope you all lose service and I will tell others not to come back to this location. If I was a manager at that store I would do everything I can to make my customers happy and satisfy. VERY DIRTY PLACE TO EAT AT.

I encourage all who work near this shortstop, go to another one or find the nearest Dan's Hamburger place. This experience was such a disappointing one, and I will not be back.... For lunch, I requested a simple cheese burger w/ mustard and ketchup only....why did the burger have mayo on it...AND the burger was not hot. I called thinking they would replace the burger during the next time I stopped by and the female manager "Jaye"( as she stated) at #9 Shortstop tells me to bring the burger back in order to get it replaced. She was not concerned and disregarded the inconvenience of a customer who would have to leave work again to get something they should not have messed up on. Manager "Jaye" refused to let me bring the receipt another day... Jaye wanted me to hold on to this freaking burger until the next time I come by to then bring the burger... This is by far the most asinine thing I have heard of... Way to go JAYE @ #9 in NOT being accountable for you AND your staff's mistake!
