Awesome barbecue! Me and a group of of 4 other girls shared 2 of the big platters and everything was perfect! We had to wait for 1h for a table on Friday night which is understandable but service was outstanding and food came out really fast! Our server was super friendly. And our bill was really inexpensive!

Fast, friendly Bar-B-Q with streamlined platter, sandwich and sides menu. Ample napkins required and supplied. Also all you-can-eat option for big appetites. Loud to very loud when crowded at dinner. Catering operation is substantial if you've got a bigger party to host. Limited parking space in own lot or on street.

Stubb's has always been a worthwhile stop on my Austin trips. I've seen tons of bands of different sizes and the venue is always top notch.
They have AMAZING food. I had the Jalapeno Brisket Sandwich the other night and I catch myself thinking about it from time to time. It was the most tender slice of heaven.
The audio is great as long as you aren't directly up front (true for most places). The view is great, as the ground slopes up towards the back. They are constantly adding new things to the venue to make it better. Make a trip out here!

I recently saw Flock of Dimes and Sylvan Esso at Stubb's and let me tell you, this was hands down the most organized concert I have ever been to thanks to the staff. Everyone was well informed, friendly, and helpful! The doors even opened a few minutes EARLY, which in my experience is usually the opposite problem with most concerts. Such an enjoyable time and I will definitely make it my goal to see more concerts here!

The only reason they deserved two stars is because of their location and name recognition. My wife and I ordered brisket which came out stringy, fatty, and was still flavorless . We showed them the poor looking brisket so they brought out a leaner cut which didn't have any smoke ring, no smoky barbecue flavor, and was very bland. The ribs were greasy and fatty too. The cornbread was dry, dense, and lacked flavor. All of this, for $102. If there is any saving grace, their sausage was good and we like their barbecue sauce. There are much better BBQ joints to go to in my opinion such as Rudys and Salt Lick.
