Terrible. Just terrible. I actually just stopped eating my dinner to write this review. Crab Artichoke dip was sub par at best. I could taste the Mayo, but only barely above that sweet, processed, dime store imitation crab. Waited almost an hour for our entrees. I ordered the white chicken chili and it was almost as bad as my appetizer. Menu says it's a generous portion, lie detector determined that was a lie. They didn't even serve it with a soup spoon. Amazing. Small bites of bad chili. Just amazing. Also the bar was slow all night. I kept hearing the waiter apologize for it at the surrounding tables. If you're thinking of eating here, go to a drive through instead. Just overheard "I'm thinking of ordering dessert now cause it's going to take 8 years".

Overpriced for less than average food. My brown rice was hard and was obviously sitting out for a while. The lemon drop drink was the only thing that was good. Service was fast.

Went for lunch. Waiter was very nice, I ordered the Cobb Salad and they forgot the bacon. I asked my waiter if I could get some bacon and he came back and said the kitchen staff wanted proof they did not put bacon on my salad. Unbelievable stand off on bacon. When I explained it to the manager he just laughed it off like it happens all the time. Absolute worst Cheesecake Factory I have ever been to!! I have them another try last week and we waited 15 minutes for a waiter. Our appetizer was burned beyond recognition and out food took forever. Again when we told the manager, she acted like this was commonplace. Needless to say I will not ever go back to this location again.

I love me some Cheesecake Factory, but this one must be missing the mark for being attached to the mall.
So parking would be terrible if you are trying to come here just for dinner, since they are located next to the movie theater in the mall. I only come here when I'm already in the mall but there are other better options so in reality I only come here when other people in the group want to go here. The North Austin location is hands down much better.
The service here is hit or miss, I guess they don't really care as much I'm not quite sure, and the food always has a problem. Maybe their oven is too hot? But everything is always burnt. The bread is hard as a rock and burnt, the biscuits on the chicken and biscuits were like hockey pucks. The price isn't cheap so for the price you are paying and the giant portions of sub par food, I'd say your better off eating in the food court.
But the cheesecakes are probably still a solid decision, since none of it is actually made on site, but I can't say for sure this location hasn't some how messed it up, since by the time it's dessert I'm over the entire experience.
