The cookies are GREAT and fresh every time. My only issue is the terrible customer service. I had a horrible experience TWICE. The first time was when I was scheduled to receive an order on delivery but 2 hours had passed and nothing came. I finally called and the employee said they merely "forgot" and they were going to send out the delivery right away. The second time was today. I scheduled the delivery for between 6:45pm-7:15pm and again, 2 hours passed and nothing came. I called an hour ago and was told that they called the person who I had the cookies delivered to and they didn't pick up, so they didn't send it. I never got a call and the person claims they never got a call either. They said they would send someone out for delivery within the next half hour, but it has now been over an hour and the order has STILL not been received. I am furious at this horrible customer service!

Fresh cookies. All the time. They even deliver. A little pricey, and the variety is not huge, but what they do, they do superbly.

Fantastic customer service that helped me avoid an office faux pas! I was supposed to order "birthday treats" for August's birthdays at work, and kept remembering only when I was unable to do anything about it (such as while driving). I finally remembered while at my desk at 2:30pm on August 31! Submitted an order (large birthday box) at lightning speed, but was sad to see that the estimated earliest delivery time was 5:00-5:45. (My office closes at 5:30.) I called to explain, and they said they'd do their best to at least get them delivered as close to 5:00 as possible. Imagine my surprise and delight when the treats showed up at 3:45! The day was saved! Thanks, Tiff's Treats!

Great selection of cookies, and they're all yummy. Unless you're getting just one or two, you order is wrapped up in a nice little box that not only keeps the cookies protected, but also keeps them warm (if you get them warmed at the store.) Sometimes there's a wait in the very small shop, so order ahead for pick-up, or even get delivery! I usually don't like storebought cookies, but Tiff's is my exception. The M&M cookies are my personal favorites along with white chocolate and almond.

Love this place! Never been obsessed with cookies until I came here. Their cookies are so good and they even warm them up for you. They are a bit pricey for cookies but I usually just buy one or two when I come with my friends. They also make boxes for special occasions. I personally don't like chocolate but they have so many other options like peanut butter which is my favorite!
