This review has to do with coming here on a Sunday. Not sure what other days of the week.
No. 1: went here for brunch after having been told (and checking out reviews here) that were stellar. Alright, we have friends in town, we've never been, so let's go try it.
No. 2: upon arrival, we're told that on Sunday it's brunch ONLY, no menus, and its a buffet. A buffet that's $57? That's pretty stupid for a 4 seasons hotel. You come to these places for high end experience, nothing shouts low class like a buffet at a supposed 5 star hotel.
No. 3: the food itself. Very average, especially considering the price and the location. While they have a decent collection, the biscuits were hard and awful, the chicken and fish were a little dry and the quality substandard for the locale we're at here. So, that's low marks straightaway.
I understand that a lot of folks maybe have good experiences here on other days of the week. However, for a Sunday, steer clear. Not even close to a quality experience as far as the food and the way you are asked to obtain it.
5 star hotel. I should be waited upon with great service and aplomb. I shouldn't be walking up and getting my own feed every 15 minutes or so. Ridiculous and frankly cheap.

Sat on the patio. Weather was perfect with great food and great service. This is the place to come before a show.

Come here if want to celebrate a anniversary, birthday's or anything special. This is the Four Seasons and you can never go wrong here. The food is always amazing and the service is always top notch. Make sure you leave room for desserts. You also will not go away hungry during Sunday brunch.

They pretended that they did not have room for four people and the restaurant was over half empty. They sat the people who came up after us at a table for four and told us that they could only accommodate two. Completely ruined our experience and makes us wonder how this happens at a Four Seasons. If may be SXSW but this is still totally unacceptable.

Came here for breakfast and the service was great. Pretty fast as well. Got the Waffle Chef's Way and it was pretty good as well. I didn't notice until halfway through that I was missing my nutella, which was disappointing. The price is a little high for what they give. Other than that, I was satisfied.
