Very good experience! I researched laser hair removal and this was one of the few places that had a guarantee. I have had very good results and am nearing the end of my treatment. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hours are wonderful and I never had trouble scheduling an evening or weekend appointment. Each technician is very skilled and makes you feel comfortable. They don't always answer the phone, but I have always received a call back when I leave a message and have been able to reschedule appointments. I would highly recommend American Laser Centers in Austin on 34th Street!

I absolutely LOVE ALC! They have the best customer service of any place ever. Today I missed my appointment because a previous appointment ran late. But instead of making me reschedule they said come by and we'll fit you in. It saved me so much hassle and money and I really appreciated it. I signed up two years ago to get my bikini area done. I'm SO happy with the results! But what I like most of all is the people there and their excellent customer service. They are so nice and don't treat you like just another customer. They treat me like an actual person. Most places try to scam you into overpaying. ALC is just the opposite. I never thought I could afford laser hair removal but they always work with me to make sure I am able to get what I want. I plan on getting all my unwanted hair removed by them. I recommend them to all my friends =]

My daughter said to me, before she went to heaven, after her victorious battle with cancer... "Mom, please take care of you and be good to you"... I didn't quite know that it meant I would meet the greatest bunch of women... Who will do anything for you and absolutely treat you as a Queen... I feel so special when I come and really don't want to leave... The treatments are fantastic and for a few moments or hours in my case, I get to talk with people who care and they want the best for me...I even get to take a nap... I see, after I leave the changes in me and on me, from the treatments and the kindness shown to me... Thank you all for caring and I will send everyone I know who wants a change in their life to meet my new friends and get a beautiful body as a payoff... I have very long legs, and they have alway looked great...in pants. I was cursed with lumpy, bumpy, orange peel skin on my thighs for as long as I can remember. I saw an ad for VelaSmooth and went in for a consult...that was 3 years ago. I feel comfortable wearing shorts in public for the first time in over a decade. Heidi is so sweet and helpful, she has gone above and beyond to accommodate both my schedule and my budget...she really made it possible for me to do this for myself and it has done great things for my self-esteem. All the techs are professional, personable, and good conversationalists, I find I enjoy and look forward to my appointments regardless of which of the girls does my treatment. I can't recommend this service or these people highly enough, they are just great. Thank you Heidi, Jamie, Sara, Sam, and all the rest of you girls.

I did a lot of research before choosing American Laser Center. I found that all the places charged more money for the same machines and services.
I really felt welcome when I walked in the door to when I left by everyone who worked there.
I purchased a hair removal package and I am extremely happy to say I am "shave free".
I am back now to try out the Vela shape machine. I hope it works as well as the hair removal.
By the way, the areas I had hair removed from were my legs, arms, underarms and my little unsightly mustache.
