BEST TANNING/SPA in Austin. I have never seen better prices. It is a family owned business and they take care of you. They always have great great reviews. They offer all sorts of services for tanning including the best solution Norvell which is the best ! Also, they offer full spectrum infrared sauna's. They are so amazing ! They also include netflix, hulu tvs in them so while you are detoxing and burning calories you can sit back and watch an episode or a movie! Overall 10 stars if I was able to give that to them!

I've come here several times. It is a clean facility and the staff is great to work with. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Check out all their services!

I have been a loyal customer to this salon for over a year and a half. My experience lately has been incredibly difficult. I call in advance a few days for an appointment, leave voicemails and never get a returned call. The girls that work there expect a minimum $5 dollar tip for services. My last spray tan left me with large blotches of uneven white colored skin mixed with the tanning solution. I spoke to Ashley the manager who indeed checked the voicemail box last week and apologized no one returns my calls. She credited me a spray tan from the last one that turned out awful. So I call just now to book an appointment, 5 times I called today and left a voicemail. She finally answers and it's Jade and it's 5:30 and she puts me on hold for 8 minutes to see if she has any availability. Well she forgot I was on hold after 10 minutes of waiting and silence so I decided to call back. She seemed to not of really cared. She said she was the only one working there and there was no availablity today. She has not even a sincere care in the world she left me hanging on the phone. These young ladies are in for a very rude awakening in the real world. They wouldn't last a day in a professional day job that required manners, punctuality, and skill. I have an airbrush package of 3 left and I am never spending another dime here. Mind you I always tipped even if they did a poor job. I'll find another airbrush technician. Not to mention last summer I left my fendi sunglasses here paid $850 for them and never saw those again. They did return my debit card though. Please beware these girls don't give a damn about their job. They just want your money and to get you in and out. Your airbrush is always rushed and they never take the time to slow down. Truly they need a real receptionist and an airbrush technician. It's a joke. Find sosmeone reputable like 360 tans. I'm beyond over this place.

Cheap place to go for clean infrared saunas and tanning beds.
Lots of cons though: it's on West Campus, so parking is a pain. They advertise free parking, but the garage is rarely open. Biggest con though is the staff. It's all a bunch of college sorority type girls who could care less about their jobs. They aren't helpful and they are rarely friendly. Most of all, they NEVER answer the effing phone when you're trying to book an appointment or have them open the garage for you. They let it ring off the hook.
It's inconvient to go here and overall a bad customer service experience, but the saunas and beds have cheap packages.

Big shout out to Jessica for going above and beyond for my daughter in preparation for the Miss Austin USA pageant! Jessica got my daughter in last minute for an emergency touch up just hours before rehearsals and pageant day and even gave her a can for touch ups. The best customer service and shows they really care about their clients. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
