I felt very welcomed and pampered during my experience here! I love the way my hair looks. My only suggestion would be that when the person taking the appointment finds out that you are new to the salon, they should let you know about the parking garage. I had circled the block several times not knowing there was a garage I could’ve gone into.

I love this place. Alfonzo (hope I'm spelling that right) has been so wonderful. I get so many compliments on my hair. I owe it all to the artist!

Avant Salon gets 5 stars and would get more if that were an option! The service is excellent and same goes for the stylists :)

I have been a client at Avant downtown for many years and have always had wonderful experiences there. The stylists and front desk staff are kind, attentive and flexible with scheduling. The clientele varies widely in style and age and there are zero annoying vibes from the other clients, or more importantly, any of the people that work there. I have a very short hairstyle which needs to be cut often. I always leave happy and looking gorgeous. You can't go wrong with John! I would definitely recommend this salon for anyone.
