I cannot speak highly enough about Brow Bird and its owner, Jacqueline. I have thick and, at times, unruly eyebrows, which have been victim to over-waxing and over-plucking in the past. But now, thanks to Jacqueline, she has helped me grow them into natural, bold beauties, and I can honestly say they’ve never looked better. The icing on the cake? They only get better with each session. Some friendly advice: be patient, trust Jacqueline’s method and get to your appointments early. You can thank me later 😉.

Best place for eyebrows I have ever been to!! Jacqueline is fantastic, I have been going there for brows for over 3 years. Most recently, I have also gone there for facials which are incredible too. Besides being very effective it is a very relaxing time. Jacqueline incorporates massage into it while the skin products are in action. :)

I have thick, unruly brows that have suffered almost every type of hair removal out there. For years, I've wished I could have my natural brows, but shaped to look even and groomed. Until I came to Brow Bird, this was just a dream. With the help of Jacqueline and Jess, they've changed my brows from sad caterpillars to happy, arched brows.

What is amazing about the staff here is that they really focus on educating the customer on the best way to maintain their brows. They don't try to upsell you or get you to buy anything. They just want you to understand the growth cycle of your hair and basic anatomy of your skin.

I have completely stopped going to threading or waxing places and I only come to Brow Bird. If you're concerned about the pricing, I can assure you that it is well worth every penny. Also, once you get settled with them, you can really come once every 4-6 weeks, so the cost is actually quite fair.

The is a comment about their customer service and I cannot disagree more. These ladies are true professionals, kind and highly intelligent, I love coming here. Yes, there are some strict rules about coming here (no phones, no guests, appointment only) but they make this such a wonderful environment that you don't mind at all. Moreover, these ladies are such kind people. I seriously have great conversations with them each time I come. Jess remembers my weird stories and the names of my kiddos. That's not just small talk or lip service. They are seriously the best estheticians in town. My only wish is that they did more services so I could have more of an excuse to come and visit. :)

These people know what they are doing but the customer service is NOT there. My fiance was not allowed to come inside on a recent summer evening when the temperature was in the 100's. There is a lovely couch/sitting area but no one is actually allowed to come inside and sit there. I realize the door is locked and by appointment only, but I never thought the owner would actually DENY my single guest coming inside, especially since I am not a new customer. Definitely made us feel unwelcome. Not going back.

I LOVE BROW BIRD! I refuse to go to anywhere else! I moved from California two years ago. Before moving I had a bad experience of having my eyebrows pretty much waxed off. Since then, I wouldn't let anyone touch them. I started doing my research once living in Austin, and am so relieved I found Jacqueline. I noticed a huge difference even on my first shaping. Slowly after a few visits, my eyebrows were thick again! She is so patient, and treasures her time with her clients. Also, her Brazilians are painless, and I use to dread getting them done. Now I don't even think about it. Honestly, reading the couple negative comments, I can tell that client was probably having a bad day and projected their negative energy onto Brow Bird. I just know how much I trust her service! So thank you!
P.s. She gets booked up fast so start making those appointments fast.
