The first time I went, I asked the massage therapist to go softer about 6 times during the session (with no result) and for the next 4 days I felt like my back was bruised. I recently tried another hour session with different therapist - Reno - who gave an average massage for the first half hour, and then just sat with her hands under my neck, not moving or massaging, for the remainder of the time - which was cut short, we were started at 10:10 and finished at 10:55, I'm no mathmatical genius but I'm quite sure that's 45 minutes, not the hour that I paid for.

Don't go unless you have extra time. Appointment was at 4:30 for one hr massage for my wife and I.
Took me at 4:30, made my wife wait 30 minutes. Then, I get out at 5:30 and my wife does not get out until 6. So we each had to wait 30 minutes. We will not be back.

they were very helpful and flexible with membership sign-up. my family member had a large number of hours on her account, and Jessica at the front desk worked out a plan that was perfect for our situation. one of the friendliest and most helpful businesses in Austin!

I like the place and will continue to go back, but had an issue with the security of my credit card. I believe they have handled the problem, but I'd still be diligent not to leave your credit card, and if an employee takes it down from the check-in counter I'd ask for it back. After leaving mine there, several fraudulent transactions were made across Austin and online for over $500 total and counting. It sounds like the culprit has been arrested, but I'd recommend to still exercise caution with your credit card at this location.

Ashley is amazing. She knows exactly where problem spots are without being directed. By far the best massage I've ever had. I could not more highly recommend her.
