I wanted to give 3 stars, but gave it 4 because of the good job they do once inside. I would give it 3 stars because they don't have enough staff working... I tried to book an appointment, but they only had one person working and that one person was booked up, oh well, they could have made extra money if they had more people working. Will have to find other place to go to.

Julie H is the best on nail service!! Very friendly and personable! I love going back and catching up with those providing the services! Best spa in town!

Loved my Head Trip massage with Russ! He knew his stuff and found lots of knots to work out for me.

The woman at the front desk was also super sweet and let me use the sauna for a few minutes before my massage, which mellowed me right out. Great experience.

I had my first ever facial here yesterday. The staff was very accommodating and polite. My esthitician Sara was AMAZING! She talked me through everything that she was going to do prior to the facial and continued to check that I was doing well during the experience. I will absolutely request her for my next visit. Thank you for the great hospitality Viva staff!
