Seems like this location has either fallen down in popularity or cracked down on by authorities. A few years ago, there was new art up every week. It looks pretty empty these days. I miss it. : (

There are usually a few good pieces here but you might as well go to Hope Outdoor Gallery if you're looking for graffiti.
