Austin Urban Vet Center is a very special place. The office is clean and inviting, the staff are friendly and very helpful and the doctors are the absolute best!! I feel certain when I take my pets to the center that their health and well being is very important to everyone there. It is very reassuring to know you have found a vet center where you can be very confident that your pets will be in good hands and they will be cherished. If you are looking for a vet, please please go to Austin Urban Vet Center I know you will not regret it.

You know how you don't want to give your favorite places away because then you won't be able to get any appointment times? That's how I feel about this vet center. But I know that you care about your animal and want to find a good place. Dr. Helen is top notch in terms of medical knowledge and personality. She explains things with compassion and patience. I also heard that she gives acupuncture to animals that are under because it helps them wake up easier. I love this. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr. Helen goes above and beyond for her clients. We have 3 dogs and one has type I diabetes which requires frequent visits/monitoring. Dr. Helen is always available, answering emails even on her day off; if she hasn't heard from us in a while she calls or emails just to check in. This is the only place in town I trust with my pets!

Our first visit with Dr. Erin Homburg was great! Rocco is just a pup and she took out the time to answer all our questions. The staff and Dr. Homburg were also really sweet with Rocco. This will be our vet for sure!

Convenient, readily available, and caring. Everyone at Austin Urban Vet center was an excellent provider to my geriatric large dog. They treated her as if she was their own pet, we were able to conveniently schedule appointments, and Dr. Helen always offered several progressive options for treatment. I believe that they helped to increase my dog's lifespan. When it was time for her to be euthanized, we could not have received better care. Dr. Helen, Dr. Erin, and the AUVC staff were compassionate and personal, and helped us through the experience. I highly recommend this vet!
