This place refused to take my very ill dog in, even after it did diarrhea with blood In there store. I gave the ugly blond girl that refused to take my dog in hell about it, so she made friends with the cops witch didn't bother me one bit that she did since I didn't do anything wrong but It shows that she doesn't like animals and shouldn't be working there or anywhere else with animals.busy or not it's no excuse to refuse service to an ill pet. I wouldn't be surprised If I end up moving further with Legal action against her and Banfield especially paying a pricy wellness plan with them

SCAMSTERS!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! - - I brought my dog in for a small mass removal, price quoted verbally by Dr. was $400-500, but then on the day I drop-off, they tried to bill me $1100. Never Again!

We have been using Banfield vets all over the country when we were moving frequently, but this location is my favorite for both our cat and dog. Dr. Piper is extremely knowledgeable and approachable. I tend to be a worrier and she never makes me feel silly for asking a lot of questions. She takes her time to explain every test, vaccine, and diagnosis in detail. The techs have also always been very friendly and gentle with our animals.

Nice doctors but if your dog has a serious problem, go somewhere else. My puppy had parvo and I didn't realize that. I took my puppy in there and they bled me dry and didn't tell me there was an option for CareCredit. I spent over $1000 and they gave me incorrect information about parvo and inadequate treatment. They also did not insure the safety of the other animals against parvo as my dog puked at the register and they did not warn the other customers or immediately clean up the mess. I couldn't clean it up because I couldn't put my dog down but I did warn the other customers to steer clear. The next week my other puppy, who had just had his shots, got parvo next and they would not even see him. I found out about Austin Pets Alive and took him over there. They charged me $20 for the parvo test and $150 for all the treatment to take home and administer myself. They gave me accurate information about parvo and a lot more medication than my other puppy had. He recovered much more quickly than the first puppy did because of it. Then I found out about CareCredit and got $500 credit but Banfield wouldn't take the credit after the fact. We cannot eat with a $500 CareCredit card.

We went to a number of Vets before settling on Banfield more specifically with Dr. Michelle Broecker. She is such a knowledgable and attentive Vet who gave our puppy incredible care and attention from day 1. She is extremely kind and warm as well. If you decide to go with Banfield, go with Dr. Broecker!
