Meh.... customer service is not great, but they did see my puppy super fast and the problem was solved the same day. I personally like to go where the staff will treat my dogs with the same love as I do, sure they treated my puppy good but it was like another one for them.

Dr. Meyer is the kindest man, he truly cars about each of his patients and their owners. its obvious from the many pictures of patients that are hanging in his reception.

I have brought my dogs Cesar and Henry here for the last two years. Dr. Meyers is one of the best doctors that I have found. I have two very anxious dogs who were living miserable lives. Dr. Meyers found the right combination of medicine that has given my dogs lives back. My homes atmosphere is calm and collective where as before it was filled with chaos and anxiety. Reina and the office staff are very helpful and take care of you. I will be coming here for years to come.

I am so thrilled to have found this wonderful vet. Besides Dr. Meyers' deep love for animals and his lifetime of experience, the "frills" of excess staff and a fancy facility have been trimmed because these folks want to give you the *very best care* for the lowest possible cost.

That means sometimes you wait on hold when you call. Some folks have interpreted that as "poor customer service" by the reception desk. The staff also LOVE animals; they are just very busy. Want posh customer service by front desk? There are plenty of pricy places in town that offer that but I doubt the vet care will be as good. This care is top drawer.

Want a swank "human medical clinic decor"? Go elsewhere and you'll pay for that, but that part of your fee is not going into your animal's care.
