I took one of my dogs there to have him checked for allergies. This particular dog is deaf and has issues with strangers. I notified the receptionist about this and she pretty much ignored the information. When I was called into the examination room I told the vet tech the same thing, that he was wary of strangers and to be cautious when handling him. She also ignored me and proceeded to pet him and actually kneeled down to his level while trying to pet him. He then snapped at her face and actually got a tooth in her. Fortunately for her it was not as bad as it could have been. Unfortunately for my dog he now has to be quarantined for 10 days. This is going to be a very traumatic experience for him that could have been avoided if the personnel at the clinic would have listened to me . Not a place I would recommend to anyone.

Great place and very attentive to all my pup's needs. We found out our puppy Frida is deaf and the whole staff helped out with advices on how to take care of her as she grows. She's been learning fast and improving her handling anxiety on every visit.

Really recommend this place for anyone working downtown! It's a quick visit with plenty of parking spots too.

West Lynn Vet Clinic is great! The whole staff has only been friendly and nice. I had a bad experience where I felt judged by my last vet, but the vet here has been so understanding and great about explaining everything. Thanks West Lynn Vet Clinic!

Moved here from a different city and started taking my German Shepherd here about 7 months ago. Everyone is incredibly friendly and the care provided for my dog is excellent. She is a big girl and can be a handful but they were so patient and understanding. All of my questions were answered and everything was thoroughly explained about all vaccinations and medications/treatement that my dog needed. Truly an amazing clinic!
I also think everything is very reasonably priced and am never worried about breaking the bank if I have to take my dog in.

This is THE place for care for your animals. They really DO care. I can barely speak to it all- the staff and techs are awesome. I always surprises me that they know my dog, when I call. Um...

It shouldn't. He has a seizure disorder- docs have been fabulous and knowledgeable with that care. And when they had a question, they consulted an expert, in his disease. Quite without me having to be there. COOL!

Then? He REALLY, really doesn't like his paws to be touched. Makes nail trims, shall we say, LOUD! Techs are so good to him...

Well run office- if you need a "squeeze in" they are there. Everybody in this office is a fan of animals, and the humans feel as comfortable as the pets do.

I cross the city to get there. SO very worth it.
