This restaurant offers a sublime dining experience. The service level from the moment you walk in the door is top tier. Every employee is focused on delivering an outstanding dining experience. The 3-6 course approach to dining is fresh and engaging.
Be sure to get the Beenleigh Blue during the cheese course!

The food was really great, but the service was even better. Andrew was our waiter, and even with the latest reservation of the night, everything was perfect. Highly recommend it at least once.

From the moment you walk in, you will be noticed and pampered, educated and enticed. Guests are paced gradually through smartly chosen, well-executed meals, to which the servers are very knowledgeable about. The wine pairings are a decadent chance to be surprised and take your flavor beyond, the bottle is brought to you for an introduction and poured with care. The manager visits to check for quality service and the additional staff are as intuitive as they are observant. The vallet service is prompt and effective. Must experience at least once.

Second visit to The Charleston and it was great again! High end restaurant that gives high end service and a wonderful dining experience. Special group event so we had set menu with 6 courses. All were excellent. Lobster soup with curry was outstanding. Excellent wine selection.

I dined at the Charleston in October of 2016. The food was very good. I believe we did the six course which was amazing.
I would say that the dinner itself was not too expensive, however if you drink wine be prepared to rack up a decent check. For two of us our check was a little shy of $1600.00 with a generous tip.
I would most definitely dine here again.
