I stayed at this hotel for my employers annual conference and it is one the nicest hotels that I've stayed at! The staff was very professional from the front desk to the concierge staff - everyone was great and helpful! My room was super clean - I had enough towels my entire stay that I didn't need to request anymore and every time I called the front desk with questions or concerns I was addressed by my name and that was really appreciated! I would definitely stay at this hotel in the future if I needed to as I also have family in the near area. There are also lots of places to eat nearby and this hotel is connected next to the Galleria a very nice shopping mall. I also had a great view of the harbor!

Attended three-day conference. Staff courteous, friendly, with easy parking. Rooms are large, comfortable. Mine had a harbor view which I enjoyed. Quiet despite size of conference and outside noise. Room service prompt. Liked mini fridge and relaxing shower.

We went to the bar on the fifth floor, and it was nice. This was our second time there. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed, but still formal. We had appetizers and beer, so can't really speak to quality of food. Ordered from the bar, so can't speak to quality of wait staff. All in all, good experience!

I've stayed here multiple times in the past. Every room I have been in is great... Though my recent visit the room has had some issues. Minor things like a reading light not working and the tub not switching right. The location is amazing for the inner harbor. Close to anything here and you can get a wonderful view. Conceirge Gary is a wonderful person and has awesome suggestions. There is a mall attached right to the hotel so shopping is easy.

Stayed here for a week during a conference. From the entry of the hotel, the staff seemed genuinely happy to see us and were extremely helpful. The facility is well maintained and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel and location to anyone visiting the Inner Harbor. Several restaurants to choose from within walking distance. It was an excellent stay.
