Drinks are really high... bartenders usually have attitudes... but the live bands are always great ... I have fun there all the time

For a place that's really not my type, this place really does surprise me by how much it offers. I went the Friday before Christmas. There was live music downstairs and on the balcony. The balcony is small, and I prefer low key, so the one guy with a guitar was perfect for my tastes. He was pretty good, too. Downstairs was too loud for me, but others enjoyed the band, it seemed. The drinks I had were good, but didn't seem very strong, so that's where they lose one star.

The best thing, though, was that I forgot my ring in the bathroom while washing my hands, but one of the bartenders found it and kept it in a safe place for me. I came back a few hours later, talked to the owner, apparently, and he talked to the staff, and I quickly had my ring back, which is very special to me.

Very good experience here. Gif music, good people, decent drinks. I'll go back willingly when my friends want to.... Which says a lot as I'm not usually a loud downtown bar type! If you're like me, find a spot on the balcony. You'll thank me later!
