Just horrible. It is crammed up, it's a fire hazard, wifi does not have enough bandwidth to be able to use it. Way too expensive for the lies you're told and for the living conditions. You better have 1 car because there's no parking. You will never feel like home. The shower is filthy, the electrical boxes don't work right, the only dryer doesn't work. $540/month and you're not welcome for more than 6 months. Ripoff.

Granted, I did not stay here, nor did I go into the office. I saw it from the street, and opted not to go in. The place looked very crammed. They are in a semi-industrial area on a dead end street. It did not look like any other RV park I have stayed at. It looks like someone had some spare land and decided to make some money storing vehicles.

Very quiet and safe! Nice neighbors, the man that runs it is super nice and helpful. Great location and fair price. No frills, one coin op washing machine and dryer.

I found this to be a very convenient location, right off the interstate. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Jerry was very helpful and friendly. I would stay again!
