Wonderful place have parties there. Manship theater, museum on 5th floor and gift store. Capital city grill and Tsunami restaurants build inside area. Beautiful view on terrace.

Just saw one of the best movies of the year there. Love the intimate forum. Have been to jazz concerts, Black author awards, and art shows here. Great venue for any occasion. Always feel welcome here.
