First off, I'm terrified of dentists. With that in mind I can't rave enough about everyone at Dr. Randall's office. They took the time both before and during my appointment to explain exactly what was happening. Little things, like explaining why a tool makes the noise it does. Plus, they wouldn't move forward with any procedure until they knew I was 100% comfortable with what they were doing. For comparison's sake, I've had "deep cleaning" done 4 times in my life with 4 different dentists (I've moved a lot). This was the most comfortable I've ever been during that procedure!
