DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. My wife went in for regular cleaning, they told her she needs a bridge to replace a missing tooth, they did the work, but they never filed the paper work with our insurance. After two years we got a letter from the collection agency, our insurance did not pay because it was over two years claim. We paid it, but when my wife went to see another dentist, he told her what Bluebonnet Dental was wrong and causing her problems. This place is not good. There accountant her name is Rene is the worst accountant I've seen, she doesn't file the paper work right, she does not care to fix it when you call, and she always at lunch or busy to answer your phone call. This place is bad from top to bottom, I feel sorry for the little girls who answer the phones.

We only waited about three minutes before being called back. The hygienists were great with my two boys (10 and 7). It was really cold in the exam rooms. And we waited for an hour to see the dentist after their cleaning. But the tv kept them entertained. Overall it was a good experience.

All of the dental techs are wonderful and friendly. Dr Roman is the best dentist I’ve ever had. I have been going here for several years with no problems they haven’t remedied.

The staff was very friendly and the assistance and doctor Jessica Bruni we’re awesome. I’m very nervous when I have to see a dentist because of a bad experience, but they made me feel at ease and comfortable. I would recommend them to everyone that need a dentist.

Everything went well. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. My concerns were addressed to my satisfaction.
