Horrible experience. I went to Sancerie O'Rourke Allen in July because of a toothache. She pulled the tooth and it cost me almost $500 out of pocket (one tooth), ridiculous and a rip off. I was in so pain, I just wanted it out. First of all, she was extremely aggressive with the needle to numb my mouth (not once but 3 times)! No regards to how I was feeling at all. While she was pulling the tooth I told her it was hurting and she told me Im not supposed to be feeling any pain, in a rude manner. I dealt with it because I'm thinking I'm going to be relieved of the pain. The pain did not stop. Pain medicine was not working. I didn't get any sleep that night so I called the next morning to let them know that something is wrong because the pain was intense. It was so bad that I thought the wrong tooth was pulled. I saw her that afternoon, explaining to her that I'm still in tremendous pain. She had the nastiest attitude. I asked her if I needed antibiotics and she said, "FOR WHAT" (in the nastiest tone as if I'm beneath her). It was unbelievable that someone claiming to be a professional could act like that, after I spent almost $500. I went to another dentist and she explained to me that I need antibiotics. She called in a prescription. I love my current dentist. She explained everything patiently and treated me as a human being. Sancerie is the worst and I will NEVER go to her again or recommend her to anybody, not even my worst enemy.
