I accompanied a friend from work to the ER where she had to wait hours before any type of diagnosis was made or they took any steps to address her condition. They admitted her for 2 days and then sent her home still symptomatic. A week later she saw a specialist who immediately sent her to a surgeon to remove her gallbladder as she had a huge stone which was continuing to cause distress. It could have been much worse had it ruptured before she saw the specialist. This hospital has some very severe issues that need to be addressed in terms of providing proper patient care and diagnosis.

Please note this hospital DOES NOT HAVE AN EMERGENCY ROOM! Great friendly care and service!

I am so disappointed in BRGMC all sites.., Im a pregnant women who need help and on one seem like they came help me my doctors are at BRG, but no one seems to care about what's going on... I guess I'll be going to the WOMEN HOSPITAL for all my pregnancy need

This was my best hospital emergency room experience. The staff is very friendly and everything went great. I couldn't believe i was done within an hour and I left feeling great. They did a great job. I would recommend this hospital and if I do have to go again, this is the hospital I would go to. If you need something bandaged up, I hope you get Valerie. This young lady does her job with so much love you FEEL it!! My experience is one of the reasons im in a great mood despite my leg having staples in it 😊
