THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION I JUST BROUGHT MY 80 YEAR OLD MOM HERE CAUSE SHE FELL AND HURT HER FOOT WE BEEN IN WAITING AREA SINCE 3:00 ITS NOW 4:20. THEY HAVE CALLED 4 OTHER PEOPLE BEFORE MY MOM WHOM CAME IN AFTER HER THEY WERE CONSTANTLY CALLUNG UNTIL WE THEN HAD TO TELL THEM TWICE WHEN THEY KNEW HOW LONG WE WERE WAITING. THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION THERE IS THEY LOSE TRACK OF THERE PATIENTS WHO COME IN FIRST AND WHO DOSENT. THEY NEED TO BE MORE ORGANIZED I MUST SAY THE BEST FRIENDLY AND COURTESY LOCATION IS THE ONE ON COURSERY BLVD......THIS LOCATION ON DRUSILLA LANE NEEDS A GOOD MANAGER AND GOOD WORKERS WHO KNOW WHAT TIME THERE PATIENTS CHECK IN WITHOUT LOSING THEM. HOPE IT GETS BETTER SOON.THIS LOCATION IS TO BUSY FOR MIX UPS.

Even though it was pretty busy, we were in & out relatively quickly... Front desk was friendly the nurses were friendly, and the doctor was beyond Great!

Been here several times-myself, husband, son, grand child -not long wait, X-rays onsite, rx's called to pharmacy -trained courteous staff!

At times there are long waits, but the service has been exceptional. I have visited this location over the past 5 years about 10 times because of my children. Helpful and they do not send you home with nothing done. Have sent us to ER when necessary.

The Receptionist was absolutely awesome. They called me in in a timely manner and took really great care of me and that spider bite. I recommend them highly. I was there yesterday evening. About 6:30
