Very friendly and professional staff! The wait was not long and everything was done in a timely manner. The environment was peaceful and clean. I would definitely go back there!

They atmosphere was very clean & the receptionist was very friendly. I went there for myself & my kids & the nurse listened to my concerns & answered every question we had. We were there not an hour & that really surprised me. Definitely would go back there.

The very first visit was much like I was an established patient. I was seen quickly. Also, the Dr. was very kind and attentive to my description of my pain. She quickly ordered an x-ray, which was very quickly carried out by the radiologist. Also, when I was first shown into the exam room, they gave me a bottle of chilled water! The x-ray showed a small fracture in one of my ribs, the Doctor told me. I was given instructions on what to do and they called in some pain and anti-inflammatory medicine for me to my pharmacy. Very soon I was on the path to healing. Everyone should go there!

My experience for the first time was not good. The receptionist was polite / staff but my diagnoses was given incorrectly which could have cause me to be very sad. Luckily, I went to a more experienced hospital for a second look which determined my first diagnoses to be incorrect. I would suggest that the doctor exam patients better before prescribing and giving wrong medical information.

We where out of town and my daughter, son, and me got strep! These ladies did an amazing job! Very quick, knowledgeable, and caring. They helped me with directions and a pharmacy too so I could get meds. I highly recommend this place and will go back if in Baton Rouge and get sick again.
