My wife and I were in a hit and run accident and the first call we made (after calling the police) was to our agents at Hailey Insurance. Tammy listened to our story, calmed our fears about not being covered, and started out claim. Within a few minutes Derek Hailey himself called to check on us.
We soon had all the information we needed to get our car taken care of.
Tammy then went above and beyond by emailing us some tips on how we could try to track down the guy that hit us.
