I renewed my insurance, about 15 days later, the rep. called me at work and said my insurance was cancelled and she didn't know why. She then said that my money was not refundable. And they reported to DMV that I had no insurance without me knowing they cancelled it.

Serious advice: DO NOT ever use this insurance. Phone wait forever, bad attitude,..everything bad in the world. 1
