This is the BEST workout in town! I have been all over and she is by far the best! She actually cares about her clients and takes time out individually to help everyone. The results I get are like no where else!

This woman doesn't care what she say or how she talks to people in her class. She is unprofessional!!! She embarasses you in front of the class constantly and if you are not doing something right she will let the entire class know about! This is not motivation and a trainer should not talk to people this way! Please do not drink water or take a break because she will single you out in the class again!! Just got to the Y eventhough she says and thinks she is better than them or any other gym! Don't waste your money
