Best gym and group class experience I've ever had. Coaches are incredible and the members are too. I regret thinking I needed to "get in shape" before I finally joined. The members here vary in age, size and athletic ability. The coaches really know how to tailor a workout to suit YOUR needs and abilities.

I have to give 5 big GOLD stars to Geaux CrossFit’s Johnny and Amber. Although I'm familiar with Crossfit from a short stint at another box in 2015, my girlfriend was very reluctant due to a previous poor experience at another box, so I had to really convince her that Geaux would be a different experience. She went in for the evaluation and we were set to start on our first day together. When she left after the first class she enjoyed it very much and now has the Crossfit Fever again. So now we have something else we can enjoy together.

Why was it so different you ask? First Amber, the coach, demonstrated the exercises to the entire class, then had us practice with a PVC bar to ensure we had the proper technique. She made observations and corrected us in an encouraging way. You can tell she is natural at coaching. Afterwards she properly scaled our WOD to our abilities and made sure (me) we didn't do what we were not capable of, in a very respectful and polite demeanor. I don't want to leave out the encouragement from both Johnny and Amber. It is obvious that Johnny and Amber are both 100% invested in their business but most importantly their customers which makes it even more fun because the other customers are encouraging and friendly as well, and that's a fact JACK!

Either new to CF or a CF-BEAST, this is where you can start and learn Crossfit or compete with other's in beast mode. GEAUX to GCF!

Just started training with El about 2 months ago. Haven't felt this good in 5 years. He doesn't cut you any slack & it pays off. Best trainer and gym in town if you want to lose weight and feel Great! Thx El

Coaches Amber, Johnny, El, Clint and Patrick know how to motivate each person in the gym and the current fitness level of each member. Knowing each member's fitness level gives them the knowledge to push each to achieve their current fitness goals.
