I walked into the building for the first time one minute before class began. This was probably one of the best decisions I have made in years. For an hour and a half, my mind was clear. Thank you for allowing me to join you. I was in the right place at the right time. I'll be back soon!

Preservation Yoga is more than a yoga studio- it is a community! It provides a life changing yoga practice, accountability and an environment that is fun! The owners are amazing. I tell all my clients to try it out.

Just did my first class here. Convenient location on Jefferson Highway and Drusilla. Bikram yoga is different than anything I've done before. It's in a hot room where an instructor leads the class through 90 minutes of yoga poses that I could do despite having some physical challenges. No matter what shape you are in this is worth a try because all of the poses are doable at whatever level you are comfortable at. If you've ever thought of Bikram yoga try Preservation. My class was with Stefan. I will be going again in a day or two!
