Dont expect any real help. They wouldn't fully deposit one of their own checks and now im short on rent. Manager is very good at saying sorry and not much else.

Literally the worst branches I have ever used. I use Chase for my business and personal. No matter what, your waiting. Even if your the only one in line, your waiting. Then when your time has finally come to receive the help you have waited for so patiently, they take a huge dump on customer service. The rudest most unprofessional and border line ghetto employees I have ever come across in the service industry. They will make sure you feel hated and unwanted.

I am so surprised by these reviews. I've used this bank for years and always been well treated and everyone has been helpful (with one exception). I've complimented the staff on how much I appreciate their service on numerous occasions. I hope the other comments were the exceptions and not the rule.
