This location is so bad I am considering driving an extra 15 minutes to another CVS location just to avoid the incompetence that is their pharmacy staff. I have been here four times trying to get one prescription filled. They have given me the wrong thing, not had it ready, etc. stay far away from this location.

I was visiting Baton Rouge from Knoxville, TN and had the privilege of meeting Kisha. She has to be one of the best customer service employees I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She helped me on pricing, showed me other products and went out of her way to make sure that I was taken care of. Kisha, is an asset to CVS and should be promoted. She gives CVS a good name and made a lasting impression on me. Please make sure that Kisha is commended for her efforts.

I totaly agree however my meds were half the cost of frindlier pharmacy staffs. But I will continue to seek options.
