The customer service at this particular location isn't consistent like the other locations, which is my reason for four stars. The food is generally hot, as it should be. For the most part, orders are accurate.

It's chick-fill-a. Clean, fast and friendly. If you are unfamiliar with their sauces ask for the Polynesian sauce. It us a sweet spiced sauce that goes fantastic with the grilled or fried nuggets.

I usually end up at other Chick-fil-A's as this one is on the super busy College Drive. It's surprisingly quick though and the employees keep it clean. Good stuff.

Their service is superb I think. I love the food, delicious and fast to go. They have fun place for kids to play around.

I've actually only been to chic-fil-a twice and my experience for both visits were amazing. I can assure it's not the food that I'm returning to, it is the employees. The food is nice as well, but the customer service is better. If only they had an infinite button!! I say thumbs up!!!!!!!
