Beware when they say their register "ran out of paper!!" The last time I went, which was September 2017, their register was "out of paper." The employees were nice, but the clerk was very forgetful. I just want to say that I understand she was dealing with many customers and forgive Church's before I continue. She forgot 3 whole sides, all seven peppers, and 2 biscuits. The fries were emptied over at the bottom of the bag. I asked her for the peppers, the sides, and the biscuits but she still forgot 2 peppers and a side. At this point I was done with them ... Went home. Found out that I received 2 thighs when I was supposed to get a white and dark meat. Jalapeno bombers were full of air with pepper bits sparsely placed around the interior of a fried pepper-shaped crust and barely any cheese, I kid you not! I only got 3 and that's not fair but what difference does it make - the bombers were not good like the last time. Church's CHEATED me. I am writing this review here because I don't have the receipt to send a review to them privately like I did in the past. The three stars are because the food is usually good and the new employees as of late have been nice. This review can change if I receive good service in the future. And most likely, I will be going right back to them.

This has to be one of the worst chicken place I've ever eaten at! My food always cold and old! I go to this one because its closets to my job and home but I'm moving on to a better one for now on.

Cashier has despicable attitude and services are extremely slow. One cashier, Malisha, really needs to be fired. To be totally candid about it, I could do the work of four of the employees if I was getting their pay as well.
