I order a pizza online and it gets cancelled, so I call the store. They say they don't come to my area due to "security reasons". I am a single female who rides public transportation and arrives home after dark. I have never had a single issue. IJS. But that's fine, waitr does deliver here.

Called multiple times and sit on the phone foreverrr. They don't answer the phone ever

Never answer the phone after 11pm. I've gotten my order delivered wrong several times and then they never brought back the fixed order after I already had paid for it. I called and they said it would come, but it never did.

Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza for my fiancé & there was clearly no buffalo sauce & when my fiancé called to explain to them they argued us up and down. & said we could "bring pizza back" absolutely RIDICULOUS! Never ever order from here again. I'll go 20 minutes away rather then order from here again.
