Most employees are very polite and the manager has always been great to interact with whenever we go by. The food is always great and fresh.

The Cane's on government and foster is the worst location in Baton Rouge. The employees could care less if you request a substitution. Half the time they mess up my order, I feel like it's on purpose. They read it back to you before you drive up and sure enough it's not what you asked for when you get home. Also half the time the chicken is soggy. I won't be going back to this location. I don't know what these guys haven't figured out when the rest of the canes in Baton Rouge get it right most of time, but they need to figure it out.

I've never had a bad experience at Cane's, from the original location to the rest...and I think I've eaten at all the ones in the BR area. lol The thing that stands out to me is that the quality is consistent, all of the restaurants have been clean and well kept and the staff has been kind. If you want chicken fingers, you can't beat this place.
