Friendly staff. Great food. Welcoming atmosphere. I had a bad experience at the coursey location and the people at this location on perkins were very helpful in getting me in touch with the owner who was very prompt about rectifying the situation. Even then I've been a regue at this location and will return.

Good salads, not-so-great service. They're often out of something or other on the menu and have a tendency to forget part of your order.

The first time I went here I was pleasantly surprised at the service and quality of the salad however every time there after the salads have gotten worst and worst. Today which will be my last time spending $ 9.50 for subpar food. The spinach was old and wilted, avocado hard with chunks of seed still attached. I attempted to call the store to get a recording. Very unsatisfied and will not ever go back.... Wasted my time and money

As one of many hip trends that arrive in Baton Rouge a little too late, salad shop just might have some staying power. I'm a heavy eater. I tend to go for stick to your ribs, regret 5 minutes later lunches. But I've been trying to clean up my act and the salad shop makes that easy. You can say its just a salad but its just better than that. Fresh ingredients, fast, friendly, and clean service. Consistent chopping to insure a perfect blend of generous portions. The Fiery Fiesta is absurdly good. I didn't think there was hope for a life without french fries. But with the help of The Salad Shop, there maybe
