Family of four, few minutes wait for booth to open, service was there in a snap and very polite. Food was great as always and we will eat there again!

I tried to call in my order before I got there. I was out on hold and began driving there. 10 minutes later, I arrived there and was still on hold. I couldn't understand why I was on hold because when I got there, only 2 customers were there and already eating. When I told the employee that I had been on hold for 10 minutes and that was me on the phone that was just sitting there in the counter, she just hung up the phone and didn't say anything about it or apologize. She just took my order. Dear Waffle House, please answer the phone when customers are trying to call and promptly take there order. People pre-order for a reason!😠😡

Sylvia was our sales associate and by far the best server I think I've ever had she was pleasant and friendly she made sure our food was 100% correct and drinks on the table before we finished the ones in our hand she also had to go drinks ready for us upon check out without us even asking which we would have asked for she is a great employee highly recommend also great waffle house great food and clean employee's we're also deep cleaning as we were eating so I felt as if it was a very clean location

It's ALWAYS 45 Degrees in the place! ALWAYS!!!
The Previously Hot just cooked Food has sat while my waitresses have gone to smoke!
I ask someone else for my now Warmish food which is served on 45° Plates and gets cold before the 3rd bite!
This is a consistent theme! I ALWAYS have them remake my grits because I can't eat it Warm if I wish to eat my other warm stuff!
HINT: Always order one item at a time!
Then you can eat it while you shiver and wait for the next item!
