Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The car we got had to be towed away the first day we rented it. It took 2 days and numerous hours on the phone to rectify the situation however the service agents were quite helpful. We wasted a whole vacation day waiting for car # 2! We did get 2 days refunded but the whole experience was very stressful!

The worst car rental by far! The rudest customer service, they'll lie to your face and despite repeated assurances never deliver the vehicle. Stay away from Enterprise at Logan Airport, MT at any cost! There should've been a 0 star option, that would've been more appropriate.

As always.. my experience with Enterprise was excellent. A great car at a great price that exactly met my travel needs. Knowledgeable and friendly agents and a super easy web site to make and track my reservation. Thanks again!

What a great little airport, I was able to get the keys to the car at the same time my wife was able to grab our checked luggage from the conveyor. You can't beat that. They were excellent to us for our tour of western Montana. Thank you!
