This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The pool was out of order. Upon arrival, I waited for 10 minutes at the front desk for someone to come to check me in. When the front desk staff finally arrived, they were rude and unprofessional. The room was old, dingy and unclean. The carpet had not been vacuumed. The sheets were rough with pilling. We found an old half eaten slice of pizza in the corner of the room. It was lacking basic amenities that you would expect in a hotel room (a small fridge for example). I highly recommend that you find somewhere else to stay.

Awful service. Was promised that we would get a shuttle as soon as we landed at the airport, we called 4/5 times and every time they said the cab is on its way. We waited 2 hours!!! Once the cab finally got there we asked for a manager to talk about our issue, we were told they were in staff meetings as one of them walked right by us and completely ignored us. And then when the front desk called someone they offered free breakfast. Mind you We have 2 children and we had to wait in the snow because every time we waited inside their cab took someone else instead of the people who called for one. Very disappointed and will never be staying there again. We should be getting a refund on our money! The place is a joke. And the girl at the counter was snotty and rolling her eyes the entire time she was on the phone. Highly DO NOT recommend this place.

We've stayed here at least 6 times in the last year as we come here for business and the location is perfect for us. I've kept thinking our issues were just flukes, but horrible service just keeps happening. One time, I guess housekeeping didn't want to clean our room, so they put a do not disturb on our door, even though they had already pulled our room service leftovers out of the room. At least 2 times the toilets haven't been cleaned when we checked in, this latest one there was freaking blood on the toilet. I used to run housekeeping at a ski resort, they must not have any checks and balances (quality control). If you have a dnd on your door until 10am, your room doesn't get cleaned at all. I'm actually very surprised Radisson allows this to happen, with their name on the building.

We had a great experience at the Radisson Hotel in Billings, MT. Plenty of amenities- got to use the exercise room, pool, and hot tub. The front desk staff was nice and accommodating. The room was pretty big and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The location was really convenient off the interstate. Would definitely stay here again!
