Michael got us much better coverage for the same amount we were being charged from our last provider. He is always available to answer questions and is a dedicated Billings business owner.

We recently switched to Michael Hass with Allstate a couple years ago. My wife and I were surprised at the attention to detail and how Mike was able to get us better coverage at a lessor price. Michael's Allstate Agency is one the check out the next time your policy is up for review.

I was with Rowe and Hass since I was a teenager. I have always loved Allstate and never had trouble. I don't know why Rowe and Hass split but when that happened customer service seemed to go with it.Most of my business (albeit small) stayed with Hass when I needed things. I then realized that I wasn't be taken care of like I should have been. I didn't realize as a young teenager that it shouldn't take 4 follow-up calls etc etc to actually get things done. There was no follow-up I was told by reception things would be taken care of and they weren't. I ended up staying with Allstate and changing all my policies over. I thoroughly wish I had written this review last year when everything happened as to warn other customers, so I am doing it now. Thank you.
